Brings International Couture and Fashion Excellence to the French Riviera

Cannes Fashion Days, held on May 20th at the legendary Carlton Cannes, brought together the elegance, creativity, and international spirit of the fashion industry on the iconic French Riviera. The prestigious event welcomed acclaimed designers, emerging talents, influencers, media representatives, and distinguished guests from around the world, transforming Cannes into a vibrant center of couture, luxury, and artistic expression.

A major highlight of the event was the Cannes Fashion Awards — an exclusive ceremony celebrating excellence, innovation, and outstanding achievements within the global fashion industry. The evening combined breathtaking runway presentations with prestigious award recognitions, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of glamour and international prestige.

Among the standout participating designers and brands were MAISON FATIM, AKEL COUTURE, BY VEL, AERIAL x SERAZELLE, PAROMA À LA MODE, ELAW, PC THE LABEL, CIRESEL, ISHIKAA JAIN, BMATCHY LABEL, and MERITA COUTURE — each unveiling unique collections to a global fashion audience from around the world.

MAISON FATIM (Fatima Zahra )

Maison Fatim —the UNESCO-certified Moroccan Haute Couture House — unveiled an exquisite collection of luxurious Moroccan caftans inspired by the elegance of royal heritage. Adorned with intricate embroidery, shimmering embellishments, rich textures, and flowing silhouettes, the collection beautifully reflected the artistry and sophistication of Moroccan couture. Blending centuries-old handcrafted traditions with contemporary haute couture refinement, each look embodied timeless elegance, femininity, and ceremonial grandeur.

AKEL Couture

AKEL Couture unveiled the “Women like Crystals” collection, inspired by the elegance, strength, and uniqueness of women, drawing a poetic parallel between femininity and the brilliance of the world’s most precious crystals. Lustrous satin, intricate embroidery, sculptural silhouettes, and hand-applied crystal embellishments came together in a celebration of luxury, individuality, and modern couture sophistication. The collection once again embodied AKEL Couture’s signature philosophy — “Shining is our DNA”.

AKEL Couture Kids

AKEL Couture in collaboration with international production center Babyphotostars, unveiled its enchanting new collection, Kids like Crystals. Inspired by the purity and sparkle of childhood, the Kids like Crystals collection celebrates the individuality of every child. Playful shimmer, delicate embroidery, and magical details transform each look into a fairytale moment.

Zarina Semeniuk, designer and founder of the brand AKEL Couture has been named the Laureate of the Cannes Fashion Awards in the category of Best Fashion Designer, recognizing the brand’s outstanding creativity, craftsmanship, and impact on the fashion industry.

BY VEL

By Vel is a Ukrainian children’s and teen fashion brand founded by two sisters in 2019, transforming imagination, freedom, and childhood dreams into a unique fashion language. Continuing its signature Secret Garden story, the new collection “Alice Through the Looking Glass” invited guests into a poetic world where reflections, fantasy, and inner freedom merge into contemporary couture expression.

VELINE by VEL

VELINE is the sophisticated evolution of the by Vel universe — a natural continuation of the brand’s aesthetic, now reimagined through refined silhouettes, modern femininity, and a bolder creative identity. The collection explored the balance between softness and confidence through elegant tailoring, sculptural corset details, flowing chiffon layers, and luxurious silk-touch fabrics that moved effortlessly with the body.

AERIAL x SERAZELLE

Aerial Clothes & Serazelle Wear is a couture-inspired fashion house born from a deep passion for beauty, femininity, and artistic expression. Through elegant silhouettes, premium couture fabrics, flowing textures, and refined tailoring, the brand presented a curated collection celebrating the modern woman — confident, sensual, sophisticated, and unapologetically herself.

PAROMA A LA MODE

Paroma À La Mode unveiled the immersive collection “ILLUMINATI: The Hidden Order” — a cinematic couture experience exploring power, transformation, mystery, and modern influence through bold symbolism and artistic storytelling. Blending cultural fusion with innovative print design, the collection transformed the runway into a dramatic narrative where seduction, hierarchy, technology, and identity evolved through every look.

ELAW

ELAW presented a refined collection celebrating feminine strength, conscious beauty, and the evolution from dreaminess to confidence through clean silhouettes, elegant textures, and quiet luxury. As the natural continuation of the by Vel story, the brand explored the journey of growth and self-discovery, where softness meets character and minimalism reveals emotional depth.

PC THE LABEL

PCTheLabel, founded by Priyanka Chaurasia, was honored at the Cannes Fashion Awards with the prestigious title of Best Luxury Fashion Designer. Recognized for blending contemporary sophistication with timeless elegance, the brand reflects a distinctive fashion identity rooted in confidence, individuality, and bold creative expression.

CIRESEL

CIRESEL presented a poetic children’s collection inspired by nature, harmony, and the beauty of childhood through delicate handcrafted details, flowing silhouettes, and timeless elegance. Each embroidered creation reflected tenderness, imagination, and authenticity, celebrating freedom of movement and the artistry of traditional craftsmanship.

ISHIKAA JAIN

Ishikaa Jain presented a collection inspired by the timeless beauty of Indian craftsmanship and the evolving identity of the modern woman, reinterpreting cultural heritage through a contemporary global perspective. Blending traditional artistry with refined silhouettes, thoughtful detailing, and emotional storytelling, each look reflected the harmony between culture, individuality, and modern elegance.

BMATCHY LABEL

BMatchy presented a vibrant collection celebrating South Asian heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary elegance through richly detailed designs, handcrafted artistry, and expressive silhouettes. Blending traditional Indian influences with a modern global spirit, the collection reflected Bhawna Bangari’s vision of fashion as a powerful form of cultural storytelling, empowerment, and individuality.

MERITA COUTURE

Merita Couture unveiled an exclusive couture collection defined by luxurious fabrics, sophisticated silhouettes, sparkling embellishments, and timeless feminine elegance. Each creation reflected Merita Merja’s signature approach to couture — blending glamour, artistry, and modern refinement into unforgettable runway moments.
