FINE CHAOS FINE CHAOS PRESENTS ‘ARA SOLIS’

IMMERSIVE CO-HOSTED RUNWAY OPENING CIFF66 (COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK)

FINE CHAOS returns to CIFF for the AW26 season with ARA SOLIS, a fully immersive runway experience that continues the brand’s tradition of long-form storytelling and universe building.

Set in the year 2075, ARA SOLIS unfolds inside The Dome – the authoritarian corporate city at the center of the FINE CHAOS universe. The runway stages a controlled envi- ronment where military forces, civilians, and prisoners coexist under a regime of power and surveillance. The performance mirrors contemporary tensions through speculative near-future fiction, positioning the audience as witnesses.

The show marks a shift in FINE CHAOS’ product direction. Despite a stagnating industry, the brand is insisting on a commitment to reinforcing the brand’s focus on ex-perimental fashion developed through a deconstructive, underground lens silhouettes. Particularly expressed through the selection of materials, delicate distressing, nervous velour textures, and refined surface treatments.

FINE CHAOS’ foundational principle of inclusivity is clear- ly expressed throughout the runway, where the diverse cast of models move through choreographed formations blurring the boundaries between authority, resistance, and captivity.

The runway performance also sees the return of Sissel, a person with below-the-knee amputations, who has been a main character and muse since the brand’s SS25 runway.

Surrounding the runway, market-style booths con- nect the performance to The Market, the co-created format developed by FINE CHAOS for CIFF66. The booths act as a physical link between runway and fashion fair, establishing a continuous environment instead of a separated show moment.

Running across all days of CIFF, The Market moves beyond traditional trade booths into a shared, curat- ed space, presenting the arts & works of ten emerg- ing designers alongside FINE CHAOS, shaping the environment collectively. Combined with the brand’s longstanding practice of bringing the entire team onto the final bow rather than only the creative di- rector, this format reflects FINE CHAOS’ continued commitment to youth-driven creative platforms and inclusivity.
