ARTHUR ARBESSER PRESENTS

THE NEW FALL WINTER 2025/2026 COLLECTION

From now on we present our collections in season since the direct-to-consumer model has become the driving force for our business.

We also moved studio and acquired an old car-repair and garage space.
Here we finally have the room to literally do whatever we feel like doing – from our showroom in one end to producing clothes and painting fabrics at the other end or planning exhibitions with other creatives and lots more.

This feeling of complete independence and freedom is invigorating! Especially since the old, seemingly firm set rules of the fashion system have been broken down it gives a brand like ours the opportunity to think outside the box and play by our own rules.
Our collections have also become smaller, more focused and always contain up-cycled materials from past seasons.

For this one we found a big roll of a tobacco and black stripe from the famed Austrian fabric mill
BACKHAUSEN that we used in our Fall 18 collection. Now we turned it into a set of fluid trousers and a small cheeky waistcoat.

The studio moves also meant an insane number of boxes filled with our over 10 years of brand history: the archive, dying samples, hundreds of books, fabrics and buttons were overwhelming but all the packing, taping and unpacking revealed a lot of forgotten, hidden treasures.

One of the new prints displays a composition of those treasures: various buttons and curious objects were scanned individually and assembled on black and yellow background to result in a whole new entity.
Another one is an enlarged, blurred image of a repeated vintage button and the different colored tapes we used to close our moving boxes got us inspired and ended up in a multi-colored stripe print.

But also, large stripes of fluid contrast colored wool were sewn together and turned into essential, clean dresses while the skirt hemlines – irregular or pointy – create a more dramatic, theatrical feel. The trousers are skinny with a flare or unisex straight leg and the shirts remain printed, airy and oversized.
The collection was also thought to go with the capsule we designed for traditional underwear brand HANRO.

The eclectic feel, the autumnal colors and the two patterns (checkerboard and vichy) of the 15 piece capsule collection mix perfectly with our own Fall25 offering. Its been a privilege to be the first designer to collaborate with HANRO.

For a while now we have also expanded into the world of product design. This time we present a lamp we designed for SERVOMUTO, the Milan-based lighting design studio. The HUF lamp was inspired by the shape of a horse’s hoof – hence the name, which in German means “hoof.” It is available in two sizes and comes in different shades of vibrant colours or prints directly taken from our collections.

The photography of this season’s lookbook is divided by two different photographers:
Henrik Blomqvist shot Maria di Benedetto – artful and full of color, while Giulia Fassina captured a group of our creative Milanese friends – free yet a bit pensive around our studio.

For sure it is one of our major intentions to bring out colors and prints in whatever we do as much as possible – it almost feels like an order to follow, so the world doesn’t turn into one big identical, neutral toned place.

SERVOMUTO

servomuti.it

SERVOMUTO is a lighting design brand based in Milan. Since 2010 it has been pursuing an ambitious goal: to revisit a classic object such as the lampshade with a contemporary and distinctly sophisticated twist.

The study and research behind each creation are visible in the continuous stylistic references to the world of architecture and distant places. Just like in a haute couture atelier, the lamps come to life: prestigious materials and fine fabrics are skilfully combined, experimenting with unusual colors and textures. The stylistic choices are proudly enhanced by the craftsmanship. From the curved metal structures, the pleats, to the finishes applied by expert seamstresses: “handmade” is more authentic than ever. The “Haute Couture” production deliberately contrasts with the mechanization of large-scale manufacturing processes. The playful and dreamy gaze with which SERVOMUTO has always looked at light embraces the sartorial precision. The result is much more than a lamp: an object with a unique design, a strong evocative capacity together with exquisite Italian style.
