Support International Women’s Day With This Gorgeous Bracelet

Manu Atelier is the accessory brand everyone is talking about. Designed by sister duo Beste and Merve Manastır, and hand crafted in Istanbul, this new brand has reached cult status over recent months.

Their leather bags have taken Instagram by storm, and now you can get a piece of the action whilst also helping a good cause – win, win!

Manu Atelier has created an exclusive leather wristband to raise money for female campaign group One Million Sisters. All proceeds from the sale of the bracelet will go towards projects around the world helping women, and will focus on economic empowerment, maternal health and education.

On board for the project is a line-up of celeb ladies. Christy Turlington’s charity Every Mother Counts is one of the organisations to partner with One Million Sisters, and the star is keen to raise awareness about women’s issues.

"For me, it is important to support women…. I learned about maternal health through my work as an ambassador for Care, and quickly realised how totally unacceptable it was to leave it that way," the supermodel said today.

One Millions Sisters have also enlisted the help of two supermodels, Caroline de Maigret and Lisa Sednaoui to front the campaign. "Believing in women, following women's steps and trying to give a better life and better education around the world, for me it's the only option I see in having a better world. That's why sisterhood and this bracelet is important," De Maigret commented.

Laetitia Belmadani -one of the founders of One Million Sisters – designed the leather wristband, and they were made using ethically sourced materials in Manu Atelier's Istanbul studio.

The wrap around design is embossed with the words One Million Sisters and comes with your choice of either gold or silver detailing.

Launching today in order to mark International Women’s Day, we can’t think of a better way to support the sisterhood.
