ELEVENTY WOMEN’S FW 2018-19 COLLECTION

The Eleventy F/W 18-19 Women’s collection is designed for women who are increasingly more aware of the changes in style that are taking the lead in a younger and more contemporary world.

This season’s inspiration springs precisely from this concept and from the ongoing innovation deriving from the same.

In the context of generalised “chaos”, the search for one’s own style via the personal use of the collection almost imposes a mix & match, where women can break away from the usual patterns and step into a new world consisting of alternative proposals.

The collection partially combines this way of interpreting new looks with outfits that are modern but always accompanied by Italian references, such as the patterns garnered from the archives of the historic Como silk factories, and which give life to a romantic, chic proposal, further emphasized by the knitwear in precious yarns (like cashmere, yak and mohair), endowing the wearer with even more femininity and uniqueness. 

Cashmere is also used in the fleece garments, embellished and highlighted with embroideries worked with glass and resin beads, all applied directly on the fabric by expert hands.

The volumes enhance the inversatin, created with contrasts of light to add movement and three-dimensionality to the colours.  Hence the “shirt” becomes a “blouse” which is warmed by the mohair trim, making everything feminine and sophisticated. 

Increasingly more topical, the theme linked to sport which is represented here by technical fabrics used for the more formal occasions and as evening wear. This is a message that women welcome today with great naturalness in order to create their own wardrobes.

The “coats” are long for facing up to even the most rigid winter, worked with hand-stitching adding a more exclusive touch.

The numerous pants and trousers have a look that is both highly tailored and refined.  The baggier volumes, with coulisses in mohair wool, represent the cooler part of the collection. The models with a higher waistline exalt the physicality of the wearer. Midi skirts with embroidery and leather inserts enrich the collection, giving women the chance to create their own more relaxed style.

Shearlings embellished with fur trim steal the show in the world of leather. Exclusive models instead enhance the interpretation of several very fine quality water-repellent wools.

The baby lamb garments with Mongolian fur collars in various lengths are the expression of undisputed Italian tailoring.

The world of accessories, increasingly more present in the collection, with footwear, belts, hats, fur accessories, bracelets, handbags, scarves, throw-overs and much more, give life to an extremely rich offer for completing all looks.

Informal evenings accompany this collection with dresses and fleeces embellished with hand-worked embroideries, which with a touch of irony offer the chance of a more entertaining evening.

Colour is the new element that characterises this collection in the yarns, fabrics and furs, all in perfect synergy with the sombre tones typical of our DNA.

The aim of this collection is to allow space for the individuality of every woman seeking in her own way to interpret fashion as a symbol of her own lifestyle.
